Antithrombin III
INTENDED USE
For in vitro quantitative determination of AT-III in human plasma.
CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE
It is mainly used to auxiliary diagnosis of thrombotic diseases.
INTERFERENCE
When the concentration of bilirubin was no more than 0.30
g/L, there was no significant effect on the specimen determination.
PRECISION
Use the kit measure the fixed value plasma, the relative deviation between the measured result and the marked value of the fixed value plasma should be no more than ± 10%.
REPEATABILITY
The coefficient of variation (CV) of the results from repeated measurements of normal quality control plasma should not exceed 6%.
The coefficient of variation (CV) of the results from repeated measurements of abnormal quality control plasma should not exceed 8%
BATCH DIFFERENCE
Normal quality control plasma was tested with three different batches of reagents, and the difference between batches should be less than 10%.
LINEARITY
Linear range [30%, 150%], correlation coefficient R≥ 0.98.
