Protein C
INTENDED USE
For in vitro quantitative determination of PC in human plasma.
CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE
It is mainly used to assist in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis and acute pulmonary thromboembolism caused by congenital or acquired protein C deficiency.
INTERFERENCE
When the concentration of bilirubin was no more than 0.25g/L, there was no significant effect on the specimen determination (The relative deviation does not more than ±10%).
Accuracy
Determine the enterprise reference product, and the relative deviation between the measurement result and the label value is ≤±10%.
Linearity
In the interval of [10%, 140%], the linear correlation coefficient r≥0.99.
Repeatability
The measurement is repeated 10 times for normal and abnormal samples, and the coefficient of variation (CV%) of the measured value should not be greater than 10%.
Difference between batches
Three batches of reagents are used to determine normal samples, and the coefficient of variation (CV) of the results should not be more than 15%.
